Our philosophy.

  • STRENGTH TRAINING

    The focal point of our training method - something overlooked by the running community. All this knowing strength training overflows with benefits. From more power output to increased efficiency, missing out on strength training could mean missing out on the key difference makers on race day.

  • RUNNING

    An obvious one, but it needs to be done smart. The shoes you wear, your form, your cadence - all of these things matter and impact both performance and longevity. Learn to master it.

  • INTENSITY

    Don’t half - ass it. Whatever it is you do. In this program, we operate with intention and intensity. YOU will get out what YOU choose to put in. Act accordingly.

  • DURABILITY

    We’re not here to hurt ourselves. We focus on nutrition, specific exercises, form, and more to help our athletes avoid injury and stay on the sticks.

  • ENDURANCE

    “To suffer patiently”. Understand that endurance is a teacher. It’s something that humbles you. Something you can’t hide from. Something that pushes you to grow more than some do in a life time. That’s why we pursue it.
